Tickets to this year’s 73rd Australian Speedcar Championship driver’s briefing and Calcutta event can now be booked by contacting the SA Speedcar Association.
Both will be held at White Line Transport, 1 Belfree Drive, Green Fields. Entry is gained via the side gate, with ample parking on the roadways. Bob and Sharon Middleton have assisted us with providing their White Line Transport premises and as such, bar proceeds on the night will be supporting Sharon’s Foundation Shine Inc; which promotes awareness with regards to mental illness. We encourage all to come along and support this worthy cause!
The evening will start at 6.00pm with a compulsory drivers meeting in the upstairs balcony. The drivers briefing will be conducted as per rule 7.15 of the Speedcars rule book.
The Calcutta event will kick off at 6.30 pm with everybody welcome to join in the social activities. It’s the once a year event to catch up with old friends and ‘chew the fat’ while enjoying food and drinks.
There will also be trade displays, vintage displays and memorabilia. Dress code is neat casual and team shirts are welcome to add some colour to the event!
Food will be served from the front of the venue by Texas Bull Catering. Select roasts will be available with sweets, fruit, tea and coffee. Entertainment will be by Mick Kidd; a local acoustic song writer and artist.
The cost will be $40.00 per head which includes your entry, entertainment and meals. Tickets can be pre-booked by contacting the SA Speedcar Association via email@example.com or ring Brendan Sexton on 0414 377 055.
